Hi all! I'm trying to use my Canon EOS 550D with my ASIAIR pro. The camera is recognised, but when I start shooting (focus, preview, live, anything) it's just taking the 1st shot and it's freezing on "shooting", w/o going to the 2nd shot.
I need to disable and enable again the camera to get back the control on it.
The camera is working well with other softwares
Here are setting tips on DSLR:
@tech@zwo#47104 thx, but I did follow all the suggested settings, and nothing is changing 🙁
I had same issue for me, it was the power supply causing it. I switched to battery and it worked, then picked up another dummy battery and it worked fine.
there are a lot of garbage dummy batteries, so if you are using one of those, maybe that's the issue.
thx Kring , but I have the same issue using the original battery
looking at the camera display, when I start a focus session from AsiAir app I see the BULB setting changing to the time I set in EXP (for example 1/10 for EXP 0.1s). I think this is the issue, because after the 1st shot the canon is no longer set as BULB... is that happening only to me?
diego Can you provide a photo of the DSLR settings？
hi @asiair@zwo#47218 here is the photo
@asiair@zwo any suggestion? Am I doing something wrong? I'm using the 550 with same settings with Astroberry and it's working smoothly...
Can you upload the log in App->About->Feedback when "freezes" occur?
