Guitarmaker I believe our question was answered above here a couple of weeks ago by Chen (w7ay) . Apparently our photo files are time stamped at the time they where taken, using UTC time, rather than than the actual local time, at the location where they were taken. Perhaps the link I've added below can help for you.
I have to assume that Chen (w7ay) is correct when he mentions that this sort of time stamp is consistent with how the scientific world time stamps. However most of us are just hobbyists, not professional astronomers. So it might be helpful if ZWO made the simple program change that would allow those of us us who find this particular time date stamp convention "confusing", to simply disable it, so our photos are time stamped with the local time when taken.
Of course compared to some of the other issues mentioned on this site, this becomes a very trivial issue and once we understand the reason this time stamp it's just a matter of adjusting our thinking to live with it Al
