Hi all,

Just letting you know I have 3x asi 1600’s. 2x standard models and 1x pro version.

We are currently using it on a Celestron rasa commercially and are really happy with the results we are getting.

This asi 1600 pro camera is in operation 24hours a day, and we have an occasional issue when downloading to maxim dl. We are getting a lot of hanging issues, usually 2 to 3 times every 24 hours, and last night we finally agot the error logged. We got the error:

"Imaging error: ImageArray error while transferring image
Exception of type 'System.OutOfMemoryException' was thrown."

Any idea on how to fix this? Would this be memory of the camera or imaging machine.

Hi Brett,
Following these steps to check if it could be repaired:
1, restart the MaxIM DL.
2, reinstall the MaxIM DL.
3, reinstall the ASCOM platform.
4, reboot the computer.
Beside, if you use other application, does it works well?
