Does customer worth an answer ?

Hello Chad,

i asked you a question with MP and it seems i won't have an answer.

So, until now, i just want to say that i am a ZWO customer (i bought one ASI178MC, one ASI178MMC, one EFW mini and one LRGB filters set).

I think as i am a not so bad customer, i can expect a clear answer to my question even if i already know the answer. It would be very gentle from you.
