I did the same bias/offset test on my ASI1600MM-Cool. It has the same slope and very linear, but with a different offset. I have an engineering friend that says that the precision voltage reference is bad and high. It should be an easy fix since the TEC and the imageing sensor look fine. It is probably just the controller board that needs to be replaced. Please help me to get the camera fixed.

Don't worry, you're not alone. They don't seem to responding to any posts in this sub-forum anymore. Is there an extended holiday in China or something?

Sorry for the late reply.
Did you add any filter or anything? The brightness looks like the same.

NO change to the optics at all and they do not look the same. The histogram looks roughly is the same so the background is roughly the same but the Signal is not the same. However the gain look off. This looks like the precision voltage reference is off.

Sorry for the late reply.
I have convey your message to the devs, could you upload two fit files to dropbox or Google Driver so we can have a further examination?
Thank you in advance!
