Re: Object database coordinates not accurate

Chen: The displayed numbers for my copy of ASIAIR and my copy of SkySafari 6 Plus are virtually identical. But both are different from your beta ASIAIR. Are you using iOS? If not, perhaps that is the difference? I am using android. However this shouldn't be the reason. Just because I'm not using IOS...

" Yes,confirmed with R&D,the JNOW is used currently "

So what is wrong then? I just don't have the same coordinates and my Skasafari epoch is Jnow.

Re: Object database coordinates not accurate

There still isn't correction in asiair database. I can definatelly say that coordinates of all objects including star database are wrong. For cca 5 arc minutes. Not single one ends in center. On the other hand, coordinates from Skysafari are all accurate. Please correct this.

Object database coordinates not accurate

Hi! I'm using ASIAIR with EQmod and when I choose object from database it doesn't come into center. Even multiple platesolving doesn't help. So I checked coordinates in Skysafari and are different. Then I manually put coordinates from skysafari and the object ends in center. I'm not sure how many ob...

Daylight saving time

Greetings! There is one issue about which I'm surprised nobody mentioned it before. I live in Europe and in our country we still use daylight saving time. So when time changed there is sync problem with asiair and goto is wrong. Even platesolve doesn't work correctly. I use EQ mod. How can I solve t...

Re: Fail to connect after update

Yes I did star alignment. But I only do 1 star alignment. It was sufficient before. After update it doesn't work. Should I do 2 or 3 star alignment? I't seems pretty pointless to me to do that every time, because I always park mount.

Re: Fail to connect after update

Still doesn't work. I can't connect to my HEQ5 pro. Btw, where is continous preview option in main camera section in advanced section? Mono bin and continous preview is not there. I'm using asi1600mm pro.

Only spam lately on forum. No replies. Great!

Fail to connect after update

Hi.
I can't connect to skywatcher synscan after 1.0.7 update. It doesn't work. Interesting according to notes in update that synscan is supported. Before it was working. It's android version. How to solve that?
