Re: View stored images

The new image preview function is very nice. Is it possible to add histogram? Platesolve function would be helpfull also for older images to frame for another run. Or at least crosshair.
Otherwise, great work.😃

View stored images

Hi! When will be possible to view stored images in asiair app? This function is more important than one could think. If I'd like to retake an old object after 1 year when It's up again and add more subs to it, It would be convenient to load old sub and plate solve it to frame precisely for new ones....

I have galaxy tab A. But with only 2 GB of ram. How will this affect livestacking or other features compared to 4 GB?

Re: Defining pixel size

I have asi1600mm. Doesn't bin4 cut resolution to 1/4? Isn't accuracy compromised because pixels are merged together?

Will try that. Thank you.
Another thing. Why bin4?

Re: Defining pixel size

Thanks Suttonrog. That just might work. Is platesolve that accurate?

Re: Defining pixel size

I see. Is there any way to measure drift? I was making 10 min subs and have this constant drift. I zoomed in to maximum and monitoring star in the center of crosshair. I was trying to determine drift in arc sec per sub to see if there is small enough drift for my system to make 10 min exposures.

Hello Andrej,
There is no relationship between the image scale and the Crosshair.

Ok. What about pixels? Is there any way to determine them?
