Well, it turns out, shortly after I bought my camera, I found out I was going to be moving to Texas. Now that I am settled, I decided to give my camera a try. First light! My camera was bought in May 2016 so is one of the very first asi1600MC cooled cameras made.
I remember reading at the time that the 1600MC did have an UV/IR cut window and the asi1600MM only had an AR window.

We never use UV/IR on 1600mc-c

the camera don't need extra power to work but the cooler does 12V 4A battery is good, light weight and portable you just need 0.5A to cool the camera to 30 degree below ambient that means your battery can work 4A/0.5A=8 hours if you don't set one very low target temperature Thank you for you reply....
