Those look like hot pixel effect. Did you use same gain/offset values with both lights (and calibration frames) ? Also was the stacking method same - average, sigma stacking ? You can correct those with cosmetic correction (in DSS), but darks should take care of them anyway. Didn't know you could bi...

So this is dark frame ? How long exposure ?
Have you tried taking real lights and then do calibration - how does the end result show up ?

Looks ok in smaller image but big resize shows jpg artifacts (=too much compression).

If it works in daylight it should work at night.
You adjusted exposure/gain at night, right ?

If your exposure is around 0.1s you can only get about 10 fps. If you want more fps you should decrease exposure - alas this also means you should increase gain (or buy bigger aperture scope so you get more light). Lowering USBTraffic to 40% doesn't mean that your FPS reading gets down 40%.
What is your exposure values when you get 0.2 FPS?
