ZWO filter wheel problem with flats

My gear is C8, JMI focuser, Optec 0.5X reducer, ZWO filter wheel (5 position), SXV-694 camera. Last night I took the camera away and looked while using flat...

This is one of the best conjunction images I have seen on this one.

Re: ASI 120MM-S noise

I would say that looks pretty normal.
It's not going to be very good DSO camera but it works nicely as a guide/planetary cam.
And you can use darks to minimize effect (I have a dark library in use with PHD2).

Re: ASI094MC Pro frustrations

"43.3 mm optimized image circle maintains pinpoint stars to the far corners of even the largest astroimaging sensors, while the usable field extends even further to 52 mm for larger format sensors."

Re: I need help with ASI160MC Pro

I'm sorry.
I didn't know that this forum was only for official ZWO replies.
And I didn't know that you have done astrophotography for 7 years.

Re: NGC281

Very nice but I would change colour balance as it looks too orange for my taste.

Re: I need help with ASI160MC Pro

Because of these things you take calibration frames and in this case flat frames.
Too bad if this is in the wrong side of protective glass.
Btw it is not a very good idea to use canned air to clean these, as canned air can include unwanted elements (oil etc).

Re: No focus

Too many variables.
First try with barlow/or just the lens, then adjust exposure/gain so that you get you are not overexposed (histogram is helpful) , then focus that you get sharpest focus, and last adjust etalon so that you get surface details.

Re: No focus

Most likely you have too long exposure time.
I have to set exposure in the 0.00x second range.
And bw camera is better with Ha Sun.
