Re: How to see in full colour in Asiair app

Regarding your second question, it certainly is not a setting on the DSLR. As with any OSC camera, the images need to be debayered to show color and that's something that needs to be done after the images have been downloaded from the camera. Not sure if that's possible with ASIAir since I don't use...

If the stars are lines pointing away from the center, you’re not close enough. If the stars are little arcs, you’re too far away. Not sure how to do that in your case though, sorry.

Re: ZWO 2" Filters and ASI6200 - not 100% coverage

I use an F5 scope (Esprit 80ED) with the ASI6200 and 2" ZWO filters and have no issues whatsoever. No reflections at all. Yes, the corners of my images are dark but that's nothing that flats have not been able to solve. The only thing I noticed is that despite the camera having been screwed tightly ...

This has been introduced in MacOS Catalina. Open the System Preferences and go to Security. There you can override this.

Re: I am confused about the correct back focus.

55 mm is the standard back focus for Canon and some other DSLR cameras, which is why manufacturers of flattener and reducers strive for that back focus as well. Not sure why ZWO put this on their website because the back focus is determined by the flattener or reducer, not the camera. In other words...

Re: Firmware updater for other operating systems

Thanks for your suggestion. the problem with that is that is requires a Windows license which are not for free.

And thanks very much for passing on our request to the developers! I sincerely hope they will work on this.

Re: How to remove t2 to t2 adaptor from Electronic filter wheel?

Take a shoe with a rubber sole and press the sole onto the ring. Put your hand in the shoe, press and rotate. I do this all the time when rings etc get stuck and it works like a charm. No joke!!!

Re: Firmware updater for other operating systems

I'd like to second this request. I, too, do not have any Windows computers at my disposal nor do I wish for any. I use Mac and Linux and I very much appreciate the support for using your products on the operating systems that I use. Please do consider making FW update software available for Linux an...
