I have no plans to add anything to ASIAIR since I don't work for ZWO.
In case your Preview in ASIAIR is showing a monochrome image when you are binning, check the Advanced Settings of the Main Camera settings to make sure you have the Mono Bin option turned off. Otherwise, ASIAIR Preview window will always show an RGB image with a color camera (including even DSLR and mirrorless cameras).
Raw FITS images from a CMOS camera are always monochrome, since all "color" CMOS sensors are monochome -- the "color" cameras simply have a Bayer mosaic filter layer on top of the sensor. A tag in the FITS header tells the destination post processor to apply debayering to recover a lower resolution image that has three color components.
