mfender There seems to be a problem with daylight saving time.
Please try the latest ASCOM driver.
mfender There could be a user configurable option to define a zone on both
sides of the meridian (say 5 / 15 / 30 degrees), where tracking
will continue and gotos are not necessarily flipping the mount.
At least it should be possible to have the (user configurable) option
of a tracking that continues after the meridian for some minutes,
so that I can finish my exposure before having to flip!

mfender The driver window does insist on always being a "topmost"
window (on top of the other windows); instead there could be a
checkbox to give the option, if the user likes to.
And it would be nice if the window could remember it's last screen position.
The driver windows use a lot of space on the screen, they could
be made a lot smaller (without making the fonts smaller, of course).
The "Advanced" window should be "minimizable" or be integrated in
the main window.
Noted and conveyed to the team. And how about the new UI of ASIStudio v1.7 ASIMount Controller? It can control AM5 and support a mini window now.
mfender Not all programs are respecting each and every ascom rule... so I had several
situations, when the ASI mount driver insisted on being connected
to another program, although everything but the driver was closed
and terminated, and no connection could exist any more.
In these situations it was not possible to terminate the driver in a regular way.
Instead of having the endless repeated message "Closing not possible",
there should be a warning like "There are still connections, do you
really want to close?" and then it should be possible to close the driver.
The ascom device hub for example is acting like this (and most other
programs, too).

Thank you for all your suggestions, they are very improtant to us.🙂
