I have been in a weeks long communication ping pong match of trying to get my ASI6200MC serviced or repaired to no avail. My unit is clearly outside the warranty period so any repairs are at my expense. However, I continue to receive generic emails stating "We cannot diagnose the product problem based on your description, please click to add more description.". I have stated the problem three times. I even attempted a repair myself based upon ZWO insistence the repair was easy and if I didn't want to make the repair, ZWO would. Despite me breaking a small part, I still cannot get an RMA from ZWO. I jumped high to get ZWO my purchase invoice because I was offered a new unit if I provided them with proof of purchase. I suppose I should cut my losses with ZWO and find another manufacturer. I would still like to get my camera repaired so I can at least sell it. It is hard to sell something that is broken and the manufacturer won't touch it.
