Could be a camera that is dead on arrival -- not uncommon. Could also be a bad USB port on the ASIAIR -- again, not common.
I suggest first removing all cables from the ASIAIR (except for the Ethernet port and the power input). Do not connect anything to any of the DC/PWM output -- use an external supply to power your camera (your should see a red light from the camera). Also make sure nothing is connected to the camera's USB hub -- just 12V, and the red LED has to be lit.
Then try to plug the camera into one of the two USB 3 ports (the ones with the blue plastic inserts). If one port does not work, but the other works, send the ASIAIR back to the dealer to get a replacement.
If both ports does not work, it could be your camera.
Find a program for your computer that can talk to the camera. An easy one is to use one of the programs in ZWO's ASI Studio suite. If you are on macOS, you won't even need a driver -- just load the application and launch it (yes, works on Apple Silicon).
If the camera works on the computer but not on ASIAIR, send the ASIAIR back to your dealer and ask for a replacement. If the camera still does not work on the computer, send the camera back to the dealer to ask for a replacement (let them deal with ZWO; it should not be your problem).
Be sure to test with a non-ZWO USB cable.
