I replied to their email with this:
Thank you for replying.
I'd like to reply to your suggestions you've made in your email.
1: Losing connection to the ASIair can be due to how you are connecting (2.4ghz/5ghz), the device (tablet/phone) you are using, distance, environment, and other electronics that may interfere with the ASIair's signal.
A::::: The mount is connected directly to the Plus with a USB cable, a cable I have replaced twice. Wi-Fi signal has nothing to do with this problem. As an FYI, My system (scope, mount etc.) is on the other side of the wall I am against. If the wall wasn't there I could touch the mount.
2: I would recommend trying an ethernet cable to a router or travel router to help the reliability of your connection.
2::::: Again, the disconnections are between the mount and the ASIAir Plus , and I'm using a good USB cable, not the one supplied with the Plus.
2::::: If I wanted to add a cable (hard wire) between the system and my PC, what would I need the ASIAir Plus for??
I really wish you guys could read and understand the specific details and information I have submitted. Maybe then you would reply with information that would be useful.
Sorry, but I have purchased this much of your equipment, and after weeks I'm still trying to get it to work as "perfectly" as you advertise.

While most things are working, the most important part, the controller, is garbage.
Please, help me to resolve this.
