Your response suggests that the camera is not sealed. That would seem to be a pretty poor design decision if true. Looking at your document about cleaning the sensor it takes about "Take off the 6 screws on the camera SEALING PLATE". So it would seem you indeed intended to seal the camera. How is the moisture getting in?
The "new" refers to the fact that a customer should not expect to have to perform self service on a camera 5 months after purchase. Especially given how hard it is in a normal environment to avoid dust.
My ASI1600 has NEVER had an issue with moisture getting inside and I've had it for years in the same environment as the ASI6200 is in. I paid a lot of money for the ASI6200 camera. I expect better from you.
