wvreeven 0.001 seconds for an exposure is way to short. Set it to 1 or 2 or even more seconds and try again.
From the histogram, the exposure looks fine. In fact, if he were better focused, and the contrast improves, he might need a shorter exposure than 1ms (or need to add a neutral density filter). That on par with daytime.
Take a look at the top of your Preview screen above, just below the icon of the filter wheel. You see a very light donut. A darker fat ring surrounding a brighter inner disk.
You can use this to aid your focusing.
First, adjust the two arrows in the histogram to try to maximize the contrast of the donut.
Once it is more visible, adjust the focusing knob (if you are manually focusing) to reduce the size of the donut. Once it becomes a smaller dot, the rest of your daytime image will also start becoming more visible.
That donut is the result of dust speck on the camera's sensor protection glass.
If this is an 8" Edge HD, your backfocus should be 133mm when you are not using a reducer. This is the distance between the metal back of the Edge HD and the camera sensor. Your camera sensor is 12.5mm from the T2 thread of the ASI462. That means your camera needs to be positioned 133mm-12.5mm = 120.5mm (ca. 4.75") from the metal back of your SCT.
