As per request from a worker at your support, I sent my files and now after more than one and a half month wait still no response. If that's the service you provide why bother buying ZWO? The stuff isn't exactly cheap and we don't even get support. If there's a fault with your sensor it shouldn't have been sold in the first place. Very disappointed.
In addition, I see more and more people complaining about the same issue, clearly showing your lack of respect towards customers.
I even sent a reminder E-Mail, still nothing.
