Hi, We have a set of 10 ASI183MM Pro cameras, each running on it's own Raspberry Pi 3B+ (for https://huntsman.space ). I got caught out trying to use the ASIGetSerialNumber() function too. The header file tells you the data structure (array of 8 unsigned char's) but it doesn't tell you how to interpret the values. I assumed it was like the user set camera ID (as returned by ASIGetID()) because they use the same data...
